Solomon is one of the founders and Chief Operating Officer of EZASOL Solutions. He is a CA (SA) and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and has impressive academic achievements. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science degree and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree

Solomon has extensive business experience with more than 20 years audit, management and consulting experience gained at local, provincial and national government departments and private sector, sound knowledge of private and public sector financial reporting requirements, standards and audit requirements.

Solomon completed his Articles at Ernst & Young (SA), one of the Big Four Accounting firms, in 2000. His background experience is in Corporate Finance (with Societe Generale Investment Bank & FirstRand Bank), Treasury Management, Internal and External Auditing, Forensics, Performance Improvement Management, and Accounting & Finance & MSCOA. He gained experience by consulting in financial services, banking, mining, construction industry, public sector services and municipalities, oil and gas, and non-profit organizations.
